Qiroko Raises ₹1.5 Crore Pre-Seed Funding Led by ISV Capital
The Bengaluru-based fashion accessories startup plans to expand into watches and bags while strengthening its online presence.
Bengaluru-based fashion accessories startup Qiroko has secured ₹1.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by ISV Capital, with participation from angel investors. The investment comes as the young brand looks to expand its product range and reach more customers across India.
Founded in 2025 by Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik, Qiroko has built its business around affordable, everyday fashion accessories. The company focuses on offering stylish products at accessible prices, catering to shoppers looking for fashionable options without spending heavily.
Until now, Qiroko had operated as a bootstrapped business, relying on its own resources to grow. Within its first year, the startup claims to have reached an annualised revenue run rate of ₹6 crore, an encouraging figure for a company entering its first external funding round.
What's Next for Qiroko?
With fresh capital in hand, Qiroko is preparing to move beyond its existing jewellery offerings. The company plans to introduce new products in categories such as watches and bags, giving customers more options under the same brand.
A portion of the funding will also go towards expanding its distribution network. Qiroko already sells through its own website and major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra. Its products are also available on Blinkit, allowing the brand to reach consumers through quick commerce.
Alongside product development, the startup intends to hire more talent and strengthen its in-house branding and content creation capabilities.
Building a Brand Beyond Marketplaces
For Qiroko, the next challenge will be turning its early sales momentum into a recognisable consumer brand.
Selling through established marketplaces has helped the company reach customers, but building a loyal audience will become increasingly important as it enters new product categories.
The focus on branding and content suggests that Qiroko wants to develop a stronger identity of its own, rather than depend entirely on third-party shopping platforms.
Expanding into watches and bags could also open up new opportunities, although managing product quality, inventory and customer expectations across different categories will be important as the business grows.
A New Chapter for the Bengaluru Startup
The ₹1.5 crore investment marks Qiroko's transition from a self-funded venture to an investor-backed business.
Having reported an annualised revenue run rate of ₹6 crore in its first year, the startup is now looking to build on that momentum with a wider product portfolio and stronger distribution.
The coming months will show how effectively Qiroko can translate its early growth into a sustainable business as it competes for a larger share of India's fashion accessories market.
For founders Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik, the latest funding provides an opportunity to take the brand into its next stage of growth.
